I've had a lot of people reach out to us asking what resources are out there or stating that it can be really hard to find anything on how to handle depression and suicide. On this page I will continue to add any resources that I have found or other people have found helpful.
NOTE: If you are suffering from depression, reading and trying to understand it can help, but we are not medical professionals. If you are having thoughts of suicide please seek professional help.
